6.1: Estate Visualisation via Image Search & Filtration

Estimated Reading Time: 2 minutes

Bringing Text Data to Life

Behind every line of database tracking is a physical retail space. While numbers tell part of the story, visual confirmation bridges the gap between a planning spreadsheet and the shop floor. This session covers how to use the platform's search tools to transform raw data rows into an interactive layout repository.

How Visual Filtering Works

Instead of digging through a massive master list, the system organises store media into clear visual categories. This allows you to isolate and audit specific configurations instantly:

  • Targeted Artwork Spaces: View designated zones. i.e. window frames, checkout counters, or lightboxes, by filtering your search.
  • Live Verification: Isolate photos uploaded directly from the field to quickly confirm display accuracy.
  • Data Context: Review active floor plans alongside property photos to double-check structural assets before initialising creative briefs.

Evaluating your estate through these visual layers ensures target locations possess the exact structural attributes required for a specialised campaign before allocations are locked in.

The Takeaway: Visual filtering turns an abstract database into a practical design resource. When store graphics and visual categories are mapped accurately, central teams can inspect any retail space in their network without leaving their desks.

6.2: How Advanced Search & The Query Builder works and who will benefit

Estimated Reading Time: 3 minutes

Beyond Basic Filters

When managing a complex retail estate, simple search bars fall short. You often need to answer multi-layered questions, such as identifying flagship stores in a specific region that feature an active window layout but are temporarily closed for renovations.

The Advanced Search Query Builder handles this complexity by using conditional logic. It allows you to combine independent datasets, including custom fields, location parameters, physical features, and active asset properties, into a single, unified search query.

Who Benefits from the Query Builder?

  • System Administrators: Run instant health checks across your network to locate profile data gaps, track active store lifecycles, or surface locations missing critical tracking fields.
  • Campaign Planners & Marketing Ops: Isolate exact target segments based on shared store features, feeding these specific groups directly into campaign allocation matrices and stock ordering lines.
  • Regional Managers & Field Auditors: Save time tracking field exceptions by quickly isolating targeted store formats or operational tiers to deploy compliance surveys right where they are needed.

The Takeaway: The Advanced Search Query Builder connects your mapped location fields with real-world features. This provides your team with the data precision required to safely automate downstream campaign workflows.
