4.1 Creating Elements - Individual Specifications used for Posters

  1. Navigate to Admin and select Elements.
  2. Select Create New Element button in the top right corner.
  3. Define requried details
    • Name
    • Element/Product Code
    • Supplier (Supplier details required to be pre-configured)
  4. Enter the Physical Specifications:
    • Dimensions: Specify the width and height (e.g., 594mm x 841mm).
    • Number of sides / Panels: 2 sides
    • Material / Substrate: Define the paper stock or media requirement (e.g., 170gsm Silk).
  5. Click Save to deploy the Element to your live repository.

4.2 Creating Assets - A depository of Fixtures and Fittings associated with your Locations

  1. Navigate to Admin, and select Assets.
  2. Select Create New Asset button in the top right corner.
  3. Add a descriptive Asset Name (e.g., Front Window Lightbox)
  4. Assign the fixture to its corresponding printing Elements.
  5. Click Save to deploy the fixture to your live repository.

4.3 Creating Features - Specialised Attributes of Locations

  1. Navigate to Admin and select Features.
  2. Select the Create Feature button in the top right corner and define the Feature Name
    • (e.g., Bilingual Area, High Footfall, Drive-Thru Only).
  3. Create a Category (if required) this support the filtering when handling data exports
  4. Click your Feature Options. This is what defines the Variables
    1. e.g. Has a Coffee Machine = Yes / No, Countries = England, Australia, Finland, Spain.
  5. Save to deploy the feature to your live repository.

4.4 Setting up Locations data - Physical Locations Database (Admin)

  1. Navigate to Admin and select Locations.
  2. Select the Create New Location button in the top right corner.
  3. Define the required core details:
    • Location Number: Input your unique location identifier
    • Location Name: Enter your standard store or branch name (e.g., London Flagship, Store 402).
  4. Create your physical Location Estate:
    • Address details: Address 1, 2, City/Town, Region, Postcode, State/Province, Country
    • Extra Information: Creation date, Nickname, Currency, Language
    • Description: Operation Type, Brand/Company, Division, Cost Codes.
  5. Click Save to deploy the Location to your live repository, making it available for Asset mapping and Campaign allocations.

4.5 Creating Location Lists - Grouped Locations for Easier Targeting

  1. Navigate to Admin and select Location Lists.
  2. Select Create New Location List button in the top right corner.
  3. Define Location List Name
  4. Start adding Locations to List

4.6 Setting up Suppliers used in Delivery Marketing

  1. Navigate to Admin and select Suppliers.
  2. Select Create new Supplier button in the top right corner.
  3. Define required details in the initial creation modal:
    • Name (e.g., Supplier 3)
    • Email (Type and press Enter)
    • Email's owner
    • CC
    • Supplier Type (Select classification from dropdown, e.g., Print supplier)
  4. Click Create to launch the supplier record profile.
  5. Assign a secure network Password to generate direct interface login access for the vendor.
  6. Click Save in the bottom right corner to deploy the Supplier to your live repository.
